What I love about Vegas is the music, the lights, and the sense of luck in the air. Vegas is a multi-sensory experience. Sinatra, Martin and Sammy Davis Junior were classic for those of us old enough to remember them. Vegas epitomizes excitement. I think it is great we are bringing some of that excitement to our own Saratoga. As a child born in the 1960’s it is my favorite era and I would love to relieve it at the “Vintage Vegas”
fundraiser. I also just had my 15th wedding anniversary — and it would be a terrific way to celebrate — my husband would be thrilled as he has always wished to go to Vegas. I couldn’t give him a better gift. Vegas in our backyard — what could be better? It will be a great time for a great cause and I would be so grateful to be apart of it. As “old blue eyes” used to say … I did it “My Way.” Well, I would love to experience Vegas “My Way” and support the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Thank you for the opportunity and “Viva Las Vegas” and Viva SPAC (I love the Orchestra and Ballet there!)

I have never been to Vegas, but I hear it is a blast! But, as we have found out with Tiger and Prince Harry, what happens in Vegas does not always stay in Vegas!

I am a Boomer and grew up in the sixties. What a crazy time. JFK, the Vietnam War, all the protests, and the MUSIC was fantastic! Even in the small town I grew up in, Johnstown, NY, they walked down the main streets in protest. The blue jeans, the clothes, and the HAIR. Everyone had long hair!

Woodstock, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Doors. What else can I say? The sixties was a revolution of it’s own.

I would LOVE to relive some of that excitement!
